4/5 My family of 3 and I stayed for 8 days at this property. This is our first time staying on this side of the island. It’s a little further from the beach, however the condo was cozy , clean and was easily accessible.

3/5 I contacted the lady by email and by phone and did not hear back from her. Wanted a code for the pool. Was told we were not allowed to use it. Wanted to make sure we were provided sheets for the two pull out couches and never heard back from the lady that was our point of contact. Nice place and great location, but zero communication and we were very upset we could not use the pool.

- We apologize for the confusion regarding the pool. Renters are only permitted to use the pool if they are members of the Palms, and we’re working to ensure this information is clearly stated on our listing.
- We’re sorry to hear you had trouble reaching our contact person. We will be addressing this issue, as it is very important to us that communication runs smoothly.
- The sheets for the pull-out couches should have been in the living room cabinet. We’ll make sure our team double-checks this for future guests.
