4/5 The grounds were well kept. The couch was very comfortable, internet worked well, the bed was comfortable, there were additional ammenities we enjoyed such as a ice chest we took to the beach, mask snorkel and fins, the fins were for smaller sizes, we used the washer and dryer that was on the property they were all newer machines and worked very well the regular sized washers were 2.50 a load and the dryers were .25 for 5 min and 30 min did the job. There were pleny of towels with beach towels as well. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The only negatives we experienced were the fold out couch bed was not very comfortable, but lets be honest they seldom are, and for some reason the pool started turning green and they drained it. So it was unavailable the last 2 days

Very cozy
5/5 I loved the amenities. There is a mandatory 30 check in fee, just to give a warning. Everything was clean and nice. Plenty of parking. Loved the living room, all furniture was comfortable and relaxing.
