- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1535
- The keypad is located on the front door
- To open the property’s back gate, please use the provided key. The key is located in a bowl on the table next to the entryway door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Trash pickup occurs weekly on Monday. Please place the garbage bins at the curb on Sunday night for timely collection
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and bath towels in a pile
- Please hang any wet beach towels outdoors to dry
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please ensure all A/C units are turned off
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please note that trash must be taken out on Sundays 
- Mosquitos and other insects are uncommon at the house, but it is recommended to close the doors at dusk. If you get a rare visitation by flying termites remember they are harmless. As a preventative measure, put the stopper and a little water in the downstairs bathroom sink and keep lights off when not in use as they fly to the light. While there have only been 2 reports of them at the house in the last year, please feel free to call us if you need any assistance
