Great House-Highly Recommend
5/5 We visited my son, who is doing a college internship in Louisville, over the 4th of July weekend. We LOVED the house and the area! The house had both historic charm and modern updates. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, looking at the historic homes in the area. The owner provided anything you could think of for use in a hoe away from home. The house was walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as a good launching point (not more that 15 minutes) to other areas of Louisville, including Downtown, NuLu, Crescent Hill and Churchill Downs. We loved the house and would rent again.

5/5 In town for the Achiever Fest -- this was a great location. The house is well appointed, clean, historic, and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, but with lots of restaurats and shops nearby. We look forward to staying here again the next time we're in Louisville.

Great property and location!
5/5 This home was perfect for our extended spring break weekend trip! The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The home and neighborhood were both super charming and close to everything. Home was well stocked with anything you may need or possibly foegot! We were able to safely walk to several great restaurants in the area.

Great Remodeled Old House
5/5 We stayed here for a few nights to visit our daughter. The location is great and walkable to many restaurants and bars. The house is an older historic type home with lots of stairs, but redone beautifully. The manager has left everything there for visitors use you could possibly need. We loved our stay!
