Good, but time for some updates
4/5 We stayed here to attend a conference at the Ark with friends. Most beds were comfortable, and there was lots of room to spread out. Some comments that the ladies wanted me to pass along:Downstairs bathroom was not clean (pink growth in shower, filthy rug with a dried worm, and the drain was semi-plugged); front porch light is out; no cupboard space for groceries; large serving bowls are all cracked; not all burners on BBQ work; reclining couch in living room is broken; but the biggest complaint was not enough towels. Host was friendly and communication was superb. Excellent location if visiting the Ark.

Over time, the tile has been stained from water and will not come off. I apologize for the rug. I will have it removed immediately. I was not aware of cracked bowls, so thank you for letting me know. Last week, I actually replaced the BBQ with a new Brickstone. Sorry that you didn't have enough towels. I can assure you that if you had called, you would have had towels as soon as possible. We take all feedback very seriously. We strive to have a top-notch home for your comfort. Again, thanks for staying with us, and I hope you come again. Take care!"

Good family get away
5/5 Well-maintained, very clean, lots of room to spread out. Lots of comfortable seating. Had a great time here. Close to ark which we visited. Would stay again.
