Amazing place. Amazing location. Amazing host
5/5 Had an awesome time with some friends here! Jim was an amazing host and he goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome as well as provide an amazing experience. This spot is close to a lot of things you would want to go see!

5/5 Jim was a great host. The location for the french quarters is perfect. The neighborhood is fun with local bars and places to eat very friendly place. The place is nice and easily accommodated the six of us. Will book again in the future next time we go to new orleans.

Great rental and amazing host
5/5 Our group of six had a great four night stay! We especially appreciated how Jim, our host, went the extra mile to make sure that we had a great time. The separate game room was highlight that was really unique to this rental. The unit is in a safe location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Street parking was readily available and Bourbon street was a quick Uber trip away. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others traveling to New Orleans!

Great for Jazzfest
5/5 This house is great for certain groups of people. It worked great for us as a group of friends in New Orleans for Jazzfest. The hangout area is in a separate building than the sleeping area which was great when people were going to bed at different times. This was especially important since some of the bedrooms only had a curtain rather than a door. The main living area could have really used a deep cleaning when we were there but I can't complain too much since they allowed us to check in 5 hours early. It feels a little like a basement even though it's not. One bathroom was a little musty but that is not uncommon in New Orleans.The real winner here was the host, Jim. He was super friendly and gave us a bunch of tips on places to go in the neighborhood. He also drove us to the grocery store when we arrived and waited for us while we shopped. The hot tub was broken due to a recent storm so he negotiated free passes to the Country Club next door which is a private pool/restaurant/bar.Overall we had a blast in New Orleans and can't wait to come back.

Awesome host and great location.
5/5 Jim was the perfect host, communicative and gracious- the house slept 5 of us beyond comfortably and would have accommodated more. The game room was a nice bonus to be able to have a place to hang and decompress and everything you need to eat, drink and listen to, is in walking distance.
