5/5 Very enjoyable stay in a superb location on Peters Pond. Modern, great layout with outside deck and sun deck as well. Great views over the pond. Located only 15 mins from Sandwich, 20 minutes from Falmouth and 25 minutes from Hyannis. Golf Courses all around. A couple of points - whilst advertised with 2 bedrooms, as one has been created from the basement, access down the spiral staircase not ideal and with no bathroom facilties in the room, Id say this is not best for 2 couples or a family. Also as some of the beach is private please beaware not to walk on those as some local residents are not that friendly. The property is also accessed via 2 flights of stairs, but the benefit of the elevated position are the views across the pond. The property did not have a kayak or paddle board and i believe that these are vital for a pond advertised property. You cannot use other peoples on the beach. Our host did repsond positively to our request and acquired a kayak. Unfortunately during our stay the oar did not arrive. But hopefully it will for future renters. This is a big selling point. We would definately stay here again as the solitude we got was superb and yet so connected to all the amazing things on the Cape
