    Could use a little extra TLC. We arrived and towels left in dryer notified that aparently it wasnt working but got no feed back or answer.Could use a little extra cleaning.

  • Poor communication, poor condition.

    Could not figure out how to lock the door from outside. Repeatedly messaged, called and texted host. No response. Had to google the lock manufacturer. Furniture is falling apart. At least 2 holes in walls. Filthy floor. No spoons in the apartment.Probably the worst Vrbo experience I have ever had.

    - The furniture is regularly checked for wear and tear, and the owner will inspect and make any needed repairs to ensure it stays comfortable for all guests.
    - The home was cleaned before your arrival, but it was left unusually messy after this stay, and the security cameras were found disconnected. The owner will be taking extra steps to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety moving forward.
    - The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils, but the owner will double-check inventory and replace any missing items like spoons to make sure future guests have everything they need.
    Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us and the homeowner make sure every guest has the best possible experience.
