Great condo and owners
5/5 Stayed at Century One for extended work trip. Condo is beautifully updated and spacious. Ocean views and bay side views. Brand new large ocean front door with spectacular views. First floor, not ground level, was great as quick way in and out. Owners were spectacular to work with and great communicators. Perfect location. Will definitely stay again

5/5 Enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The property was clean, great proximity to beach, and beautiful ocean view from balcony. We also appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys available for use.

5/5 First Awrey is a wonderful person to talk with and he is truly concerned with you having the best possible experience.
This property truly has it all. 1st floor. Very close to the beach path. All the kitchen gadgets one might need (I promise my mom made use of them all). Very comfortable bedding. Slept like a baby every night. Magnificent ocean view. Clean. The whole property is clean and accommodating.
This will be our spot anytime we vacation in Ocean City.
The original Crabcake factory and Hooper’s crab house were fantastic restaurants.
Close to Food Lion for grocery shopping.
Beach is really clean.
Only things to remember…towels/wash clothes and you will need to place your bedsheets on before slipping into bed. Also, the parking fees were a little annoying especially since they had changed the policy after our booking and didn’t honor the original policy but this wasn’t the owners control so it is what it is and it is a perfect vacation spot.
We also enjoyed the gifts that were passed along.
Everything You Need!
5/5 This Condo was Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient! Our party of 4 had a great time in this lovely place. The two-level feel of a townhome provided just the right amount of private areas when needed for sleeping. The common areas were very comfortable with a view of the ocean while in the kitchen, living room or directly on the outside deck. The host provided every modern convenience you could think of that you would need when at home (even an airfryer!) Direct beach access; and you can walk directly across the street to a market, in addition to plenty of eateries being minutes away. We definitely will be back! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
