Our stay was average at best.
When we arrived there were 3 overflowing trash cans and a a recycling bin that we had to take to the curb upon arrival after speaking with the property manager. The open recycling bin was also filled with rain water. I’m not sure why garbage pick up schedule isn’t posted on the instruction sheet for the guests and as such, I blame the property manager for not handling it. No one should have to take out other peoples trash on their arrival.
Thankfully, we did not need the 4th bedroom because the mattresses in the twin room need to be thrown out and replaced. The A/C units upstairs could also use some written instructions. The kitchen and bathrooms are poorly stocked. We’d new/more utensils. Disposable hand soap dispensers and paper towels/toilet paper appropriate for the number of guests would be nice. Bathroom shower mats were filthy and need to be trashed and replaced.
The living room was comfortable but the overhead light fixture may be a hazard. Almost all the bulbs were burnt out and the remaining one sparked when we turned it on.
Would not return to this home or any other under Evolve management.
Ps. After reading a couple of recent negative reviews, I reached out ahead of time to insure a clean and comfortable stay bc my 85 year old mother traveled with us, clearly no one took the time to inspect the home before our arrival.
The location is excellent and the house is generally comfortable. However, it seems the house was not properly inspected and cleaned prior to our arrival. The kitchen was particularly neglected down to dirty coffee makers with mold in ground coffee inside.
The house is walking distance to restaurants and commercial venues in downtown Silver Springs, which is great; on the other hand, it is located on a major trafficked street, which makes it quite a loud environment, noticeably more so when trying to sleep and when you also deal with the constant noise from an unusually loud refrigerator.

We stayed there before, this time the house was not clean, the bathroom toilets were very dirty and there were roaches in the house!

The property was big enough for 6 adults and had plenty of room. It appeared to be a property that was flipped and then rented out. That being said, parts were updated but other parts were not.
The fridge didn’t close properly.
The upstairs shower head was positioned bad so it shot water all over the bath mat when the door opened. The bath mat was rubber on the bottom so never dried out between rentals and therefore smelled.
The air conditioners in each room took some time to understand and we never did get one of them to work.
The floor from the living area to the kitchen was slightly uneven so we tripped a lot at this transition.
The window sills and vents were very dirty and could have used a good cleaning.
The house lacked some directions (when garbage day was as it was piled up outside way too high) and local recommendations.
The house slept up to 12 but had kitchen seating for 7 and only one couch in the living area. This was fine for us but larger groups it would not.
The kitchen lacked some necessities like a utensil organizer…the utensils were piled in a drawer.
Overall the house was roomy and did what we needed it to. It just lacked some thoughtful attention to detail.
