    Housing unit did not include air conditioning. This wasn’t included as one of the amenities but would have been helpful to call out in the listing. The WiFi which was an included amenity did not work. Property management did try to help us but we received an error message stating the bill had not been paid. After the first night we did not have hot water the rest of the weekend trip

    - Due to storms, Comcast experienced service disruptions that caused the Wi-Fi to drop twice. We were notified and restored it quickly. There was no billing issue, and the service is now working properly.
    - As for the hot water, we’ve had no reports of any issues, and everything is functioning as expected.
    We appreciate you sharing your experience—it helps us continuously improve and ensure every guest has a great stay.
