  We have stayed at this home before and it is beautiful and set up perfectly for lake life. The private beach access, dock and hoists are super for enjoying Higgins Lake conveniently.

• A wonderful week…

  This is our second time staying here and just like last time, our family had a wonderful week. The home was beautiful and clean. However when we came back this year the beach area was upgraded and much nicer. Thank you for another great family vacation. See you next year!

  The house is beautiful and very clean. Location is great as I believe the south is nicer and calmer than the north. Fishing was non stop catches. So much fun we booked for next year. Thankyou.

• Beautiful Home - Not much sleep

  The house is very spacious and nicely furnished. However, there was a glaring architectural element left out of the photos and description of the bedrooms. The master bedroom, which has the only King size bed, has "window" cut into the wall which allows all light and noise from the kitchen, dining room, and TV room into the master suite. There was no privacy and sleep was difficult with a full house. The best beds in the house were double/full size and found in the bedroom with floral duvets. The other full bed was horribly uncomfortable for two adults. There was a queen bed above the garage which seemed okay but there is no A/C in that room so if it is hot and humid outside, it is going to be very warm up there!! The couches were also uncomfortable. We had 10 people between the ages of 17 and 56. If you have small kids, you might be okay. But the only good mattresses in the house were in a bedroom together so again, if there are adult couples in the group, there is no privacy or comfortable sleeping. Other than that, no complaints. The yard was pretty, the view was beautiful, but the lack of sleep messed up our stay.
