Great Stay
5/5 Close to canoe rental and the Au Sable. Place had everything needed. Would’ve been exceptional is there was more deck furniture and the deck painted. Need a new grill as well. Overall the place was great!

The place was spacious. But there were coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Coffee left in the coffe.
3/5 The place was not very clean. Only one light worked on each of the bathrooms. The outdoor furniture was dirty and wet. I feel that we left the place cleaner when we left than when we came.

Kayaking trip
4/5 Overall the home and location were great. Communication with property management was frustrating. Took several days for a response.
Beds were not very comfortable, but that is to be expected. Definitely need to spray for spiders, saw more than one would expect.
Location was fabulous. Close to town and the Au Sable River. Loved the pool table and all the games they provided, as we did have rain one of the days we were there. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood loop every morning.
All in all I would recommend the home and would consider staying there again.

Thanksgiving Hunting
5/5 This is an absolute amazing place to stay if you are trying to get away! My family and friends have been getting together to go hunting every Thanksgiving weekend for the last 12 years and this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. It gives the feeling of getting away while still ensuring a familiar home notion. The pool table is a fun addition for entertainment. The kitchen is furnished and we cooked breakfast and dinners everyday. This is place is super popular so if you get the chance to rent it, do it! We missed out last year but were super happy to get it again this year. I highly recommend staying here, just not Thanksgiving weekend because we want it every year : ). The property managers are super kind and helpful. The place is also super clean and the layout of the place is great! Lastly, the location of the place is right next to the downtown stores. Check them out if you can!
