- Do not rely on using GPS to locate the property as it does not provide correct directions
- The condo is on the right-hand side of Gillis St
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Access property through the keypad located on the door leading into the garage
- The code will be activated at check-in time (4:00 PM) and deactivated at check-out (10:00 AM)
- TO UNLOCK: From the outside, press the Home logo and enter the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- From the inside, turn the thumbturn to lock or unlock
- TO LOCK: From the outside, press the Lock logo
- From the inside, turn the thumbturn to lock or unlock
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out all trash in bags to the garage
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please turn thermostat to 75 degrees
- Close and lock all windows
- Please lock doors, but ensure the door to the rooftop deck and the door to the garage from the home are left unlocked
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
