2/5 This Evolve rental house has a good floor plan and a very good location. However, it has serious deficiencies:
• There was an unacceptable lack of communication between the owner and Evolve.
• Maintenance was generally poor or non-existent. Example: The keyless entry on the front door was a continuous problem, usually refusing to lock or refusing to unlock.
• For the first day, the air conditioner ran continuously. This made the house freezing cold, with no obvious way to turn it off.
• Overall, the house was shabby and dirty.
This rental house was certainly not worth the $340 per night that we paid.
A magical little weekend!
5/5 We traveled from Wisconsin to be there for my friend's budget-friendly wedding dress search this past weekend. She ordered appx 7 dresses to try on, and rather than cramming into her 1-bedroom apartment, we were able to give her a boutique-style experience in the living area with the large mirror. It was perfect and we all got teared up when she selected "the one!" Thank you for providing this adorable clean space, we had so much fun visiting with our friends. We were happy with how spacious it was and everything was very clean.

Historical charm
5/5 Great home in a great location. Lots of people walking pets in the neighborhood and were friendly. Tons of great restaurants within blocks of home easy to walk to.

Thanksgiving Visit
5/5 Great place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and hang out space.
Location is super. Claddagh, Mango Thai, Mississippi Market, Gnome. All walkable.

Nice comfortable house in nice neighborhood
5/5 Great stay in St Paul with myself and two teenagers. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space and great air conditioning for the sweltering weather when we were there.
