2/5 When we arrived at 4:00pm the condo had not been cleaned. After calling the guest host several times with no response we had to call Evolve. The host finally called to say she would try to get someone to clean but wasn’t sure since it was later in the day. We had to leave and get a hotel room for the night. The host called sometime after 7pm to say it was clean. We didn’t go back until the next morning. Evolve refunded the night minus taxes but would not pay the hotel room.

3/5 I have stayed in this condo six previous times, and this will probably be my last. We did notice they changed the key pad from March, but the new one will not lock the condo. When the contact finally answered me, her reply was everyone is complaining, it will be ok. Not, we are responsible not only for our stuff but for the condo itself. I loved Erika, with whom I dealt with for two years.

4/5 Beautiful well decorated, clean condo on the ground level with a 4 seasons room overlooking the river! So close to banks to fish and a nice walking trail! We golfed as well and the course was great! Highly recommend!
