  • Everything was good other than water/Ac

    Water pressure was bad, water temp wasnt inconsistent and ac unit is front and doesnt keep other rooms cool. Was hot everywhere else.

    Hi Jordan, We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:

    - Maintenance confirmed the water pressure is functioning normally, and this is the first report of an issue.
    - The water temperature should remain consistent, but we’ll continue to monitor it closely moving forward.
    - The home’s open floor plan typically allows the A/C to cool the space evenly. However, with outdoor temperatures reaching 95–100° during your stay, it can be challenging for any system to keep up.
