Lake house
4/5 Air conditioning during day hot in house, takes time to cool off for bedtime. Bug guy that sprayed outside was very rude and disrespectful. Sprayed around us and got all over us. When confronted he was rude about it.

Hi Dixie, we shared your review with the homeowner, who appreciated your feedback and provided the following response:
-The air conditioning system was upgraded with a larger unit two years ago, complemented by two portable air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms. The system effectively maintains a cool temperature throughout the house when the doors are kept closed.
-The pest control specialist made a special visit prior to the scheduled monthly treatment. They confirmed there was no direct contact with the guests and took great care to avoid spraying in their presence.

3 night stay
4/5 Very nice house, just as listed. Our favorite part was watching the ducks fly in and interacting with them! House was clean, there was no hot water in upstairs shower, but we were able to use the one on the first floor which was no problem. Beautiful view, would stay again!!
