2/5 The air conditioning was broke. Most of the windows did not stay up. Stair railing was broken. The elevator was broken. The bathtub was clogged. My child also got chased and almost bitten by the neighboring dog.

Hi Amanda, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- The bathtub clog that occurred was cleared once reported. The A/C was broken but was repaired within hours of being notified. Additionally, the railing and windows were inspected with no issues found.
- The elevator is no longer operational and has since been removed from the listing to avoid future confusion.
- We're sorry to hear about the issue with the neighbor’s dog—while they don’t have control over neighboring properties, guest safety is always a top priority.

4/5 Two reasons we choice this rental; the elevator, and the fish cleaning station. When we arrived the elevator did not work. We contacted the host, Chris Jones, who said he would get someone Monday for elevator, which did not help us get groceries and luggage up a flight of stairs.
He apparently did have someone fix the elevator by the time we were leaving so at least loading back to vehicle was easier.
The fish cleaning station had so many leaks it was not usable.
Other problems, lower steps handrail has pulled off and is very dangerous for anyone to grab to use for safety.
The glass door is broke and if wind catches it just right the door will slam into house.
We had some trouble with air conditioner and when contacted Mr. Jones he was not helpful. Really due to his responses and lack of punctuality to help, we do not plan to rent here again. The house if fairly nice and comfortable.
