    Very nice home in a great area with lots of things close by to do. Fast responses from property manager. Only complaint is water in kitchen sink only got luke-warm.

    This house was perfect for our family and needs. We spent most of the time outside in the pool or underneath the house in the shade. Perfect for walking to the beach as well. We will be going back again to stay here.

    Negative: Place was not cleaned prior to our arrival (empty water bottles under the bed, downstairs toilet looked like the aftermath of tequila shots and late night Taco Bell, and remnants of an Oreo battle under living room couch), the towels smelled like someone was exhaling cigarette smoke directly into them, and the propane tanks were all empty.

    Positive: Everything else. The location was great, the pool was awesome, the house layout is perfect for families with kids, the beds were comfortable, the outdoor bar area was fantastic, our kids loved the included pool floats and toys, and the house is an easy drive to all the fun things to do in both Gulfport and Biloxi. After we cleaned up a little, we settled in and had a blast.

    Disclaimer: I am sure someone would have been sent to clean up and refill propane tanks had we asked. I did not ask because we were in vacation mode and I didn’t want to be bothered.

    Overall: I would go back. Minor cleaning issues aside, the place is a great vacation destination.
