  This home is beautiful and perfectly set up for a large group wanting to spend time at a private beach. Kitchen is very well stocked including crockpots, air fryer, electric skillet and any kitchen utensil you can think of. Rest of home is also well stocked including, plenty of toiletries, bath towels, washclothes, spare bedding, lounge blankets and beach towels. Outdoor activities for beach, sand and pool are also generously provided including 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, boogie boards, 2 bicycles, plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, baby pool float, etc. Property manager was very kind and responsive. I had one issue and needed the owner to help and walk me through it, the owner was so nice, helpful, and funny. Absolutely would like to stay here again! Thank you for allowing my family to stay and have such a wonderful time at your beautiful home!

  High-end finishes. Huge Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. 2 primary suites. Elevator makes packing in and out a breeze. This has been our Christmas destination for the past two years and we couldn’t have wished for anything better. The owners were amazing and immediately responsive both years. The hot tub was the icing on the cake.

  We have stayed at several beach houses on this road in the past. This one had everything… and I mean everything. Kayaks and the paddle board made the trip spectacular for our teen boys. This house was so nice and the location was perfect. Clean clean! Even the beach was clean so no worries for the younger kids playing in the sand. The elevator was the icing on the cake; made bringing up luggage and groceries so much easier for the older folks. We’ll be back!

• Gorgeous, clean, very well stocked!

  Our family of 6 adults enjoyed a wonderful week on the Gulf Coast thanks to Magnolia House! The house is huge, bright, immaculate, with beautiful, comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was equipped with any utensil, pan, Tupperware we could have possibly needed. I really appreciated the supply of basics that don't always come with a rental property, such as paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, etc. The bed and pillows were also very comfy! I placed a pick up order at Rouses Grocery Store a few days before we arrived. The store is about 25 minutes from the house, so it was great to pick up a few days worth of food along the way .

  Ocean Springs is such a lovely town! We ate at Lady May, Mosiac, and made 3 trips to Kilwins for delicious ice cream.

  We rented a Pontoon boat and spent a fun day anchored at Horn Island - soft sand and clear water.

  We rented jet skis and lounge chairs in Biloxi, took a sunset sailboat cruise in Gulfport. We spent an amazing day in New Orleans, which is just 90 minutes away. I highly recommend Gators and Ghosts Tours for an unforgettable air boat swamp tour!

  We spent lots of time cooking, playing games, and relaxing at Magnolia House. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

• Great house

  The house is great. We had plenty of room for extended family to spread out. Kitchen is WELL stocked. Private beach is super, only wish the water was clearer in this location, but such is the nature of the Gulf of Mexico. If you don't mind the brown water, this place is great and I would absolutely recommend.
