- (USE COORDINATES) The address MAY NOT populate correctly in your GPS. 

To reach the entrance to the neighborhood from U.S. 93, turn onto Somers Stage Rd and follow the road for 1.2 miles. Then, turn right onto Wiley Dike Rd and turn right again onto Farmhouse Ln to enter the neighborhood
- On Famrhouse Ln., Please look for a sign "406 Tiny Home Living Community"
- The coordinates for the neighborhood entrance are 48.12129305872997, -114.24258222502174
- The property entrance can also be found by using 125 Wiley Dike Rd
- On Look for the big barn as a landmark when approaching the property

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 2406
- To open the lockbox, first open the protective cover to reveal the dials and black release button. Then, enter the combination and press the black release button to open the key storage door. When not in use, scramble the dial and ensure the protective cover is in place
- When unlocking the door to the unit, lift the handle upwards slightly, then insert the key and turn
- When locking the door to the unit, lift the handle upwards slightly and then turn the key and pull the door towards you to make sure it locks
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all dirty towels and sheets in the laundry basket labeled 'dirty' (baskets are in the bedroom closets)
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Turn off the A/C and set the heat thermostat to 55 degrees
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return key to the lockbox and scramble the code
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or vaping
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found within the welcome book upon arrival
