Great location in Banner Elk
4/5 We walked to all the downtown attractions, restaurants, arcade, ice cream, summer concert in the park and were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks over Sugar Mountain off the back porch. Unit could use a little updating and the master bathroom shower was tight, but overall it met our families needs for vacation.

Spacious and relaxing

4/5 Experience of our stay was favorable.
4/5 The parking lot is not great if you have two cars. We had to ask for the renter from anotherr unit to move their vehicles, everyone was nice and was not a big deal. We didn't mind to move our cars.The kitchen was not very clean, glasses were very sticky, cabnets were dirty and cobwebs under neath. Need to add mixing bowls . Master bed room comforter needs to be washed. Few changes would make it more confortable.
