- The property is located in the Cabana De Mar community, a gated community. The code for the main gate and all smaller community gates is 1310#

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- Coin laundry is available on-site. The code to access is 2502#
- Towing is strictly enforced at Carolina Beach. Please park only in designated areas and observe all signage

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the gated parking area under the building or in one of two uncovered parking lots, all clearly marked with Cabana De Mar signage (parking pass will be provided). A parking map is also provided in our listing photos for reference. To access the gated parking, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code
- There are 2 separate gates for the parking area under the building. Entry is on the right side of the building, and exit is on the left. This is a common point of confusion, so please double-check signage before entering or exiting
- Additional parking passes are available upon request for an additional $30 fee, which is paid in advance. Please reach out to the Guest Contact at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you'd like another parking pass
