Two Durham NC nextdoor waterfront rentals for large family gathering
5/5 The 2 nextdoor waterfront rentals in Durham NC were perfect for our large family gathering. JT and Susan were excellent hosts. The properties in beautiful water front woods exceeded our expectations in every way. They had all the little things you need and everything was easy to find with labeled cabinets and drawers. Furnishings and appliances were beautiful, like new, & in great taste. We enjoyed relaxing in the back yard, porches, grilling, playing corn hole, games, kids caught their first fish in the pond using many provided fishing poles. They sent me a suit that I forgot at the property. It was a great value and was everything you could hope for. Thank you very much.

4/5 Five nights, lots of driving around between Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh; well located for that. Systems, appliances in great shape; everything included in kitchen and bath; we cooked in (or take out) several times and it was all easy. Good grill, sitting by pond was chill.

Great stay for graduation weekend
5/5 The place was well suited for our family. Sue was extremely responsive and made sure we were settled in her home and was available all weekend to answer any questions, if we had them. The house was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable for us. We were out the door early in the morning, otherwise we would have enjoyed having our coffee down by the lake!
