We had a great time. The house was spacious. The portable air conditioners cooled really well but there was a lot of moisture. However, the weather was very hot!! It was an enjoyable stay!! Thank you!

Overall, stay was pretty good - location was nice - about 5 rows back walk to the beach. The house was clean and the towels / linens were good. The appliances, etc worked well and the kitchen had everything needed. The house has a good amount of space when the downstairs is included.
2 main issues:
It is not clear on the listing but the downstairs is completely separate from upstairs which actually worked out well for our group but would be a big issue with small children. The listing needs to be updated to clarify this.
The central AC is broken or not adequate for upstairs so the rental company has installed 2 temporary AC units upstairs and potentially a window unit as well. The one in the back bedroom doesn’t have a plug in the bottom so the water just leaks from it - called the maintenance person at the realty and his solution was put a towel under it which I had to change out each day - luckily we had extra towels - this worked okay. The other unit was placed on the kitchen counter so took away counter space. I’m guessing this whole setup was a temporary fix waiting a more permanent solution. The AC overall was an okay solution - not ideal and clearly the rental units were in not the best condition.
Also, there are no beach or deck chairs (don’t think there are any listed on the listing either so not a problem but just a note).
The neighborhood and proximity to the beach were great. Overall a nice place! With a good layout.Complaints:No furniture on the decksGround level accommodations were completely separate from the rest of the house—only access was from outside.Central AC was not adequate or was not working. There were noisy portable and/or window AC in SOME but not all of the rooms. We had to run all of them in order to make it bearable inside. One side of the house did not have any extra units and stayed hot.A couple of the units were sloppily rammed into the windows with a little packing tape; one kept falling out of the window and tripping the electrical breaker; and it was leaking on the floor. When I called about it, maintenance never showed and I received a message that the central ac worked and to not worry about the window unit. The heat was unbearable without that unit running so I purchased duct tape and sealed up all the gaping holes around all the units and managed to secure the one that kept falling out of the window. I thought the AC conditions were not really acceptable, otherwise it would have been a much better stay.

The stay was amazing. Had a hiccup when we first got there with the AC going out but they quickly solved the problem. My pup loved the house and the location close to the beach.
