Summer 2025 Family Vacay
5/5 We had an amazing stay at The Sandbar on Emerald Isle from July 13th–19th. The house was spotless and extremely well-stocked with everything we needed—from household items to beach gear—which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was spot on—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and ice cream, which made it easy to enjoy everything Emerald Isle has to offer.
Matt, the owner, was fantastic to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He even worked with us to allow an early check-in, which gave us an extra full day to start enjoying our vacation. The home was perfect for our family and made for a relaxing, memorable trip that we’ll cherish for years to come. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

3rd Stay
5/5 This is our 3rd time staying here and will most likely be back! The home is extremely convenient to the beach and not so far from town to be an inconvenience. It appears that they maintain the home very well as we have had no complaints at all. The kids love the hot tub after a cool day at the beach. Thank you again for letting us use your lovely home.
