3/5 The property was as described. The cleanliness was another story. The counters in both the kitchen and the master bathroom were dirty. Light switches were filthy. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. We had to wash dishes prior to using them. The hood over the range didn’t work, and was getting ready to drip there was so much grease on it. The ceiling fans and lights either didn’t both work or you couldn’t have one or the other on. There weren’t any chairs on the deck to use. The property has so much potential, and appears that some things have been updated. I get that renovations take time and that some people can’t afford to fix things all at once, but the cleanliness was to be desired. Communication with the host was literally 1 hour before arrival, and that was it. When I messaged through VRBO to ask a question, I didn’t get an answer about any chairs for the deck. The location was close to everything, which we enjoyed. The dining room had a huge table that we were able to sit at and play card games. The a/c definitely was in good working condition, nice and cool!

Review of Fayetteville lakefront home
5/5 I booked this beautiful home and brought two grandchildren (teens) with me to visit my oldest 19 year old grandson who moved here a year ago and I hadn't seen since. I thought this home would be the PERFECT home for us all to be together for a few days. We had SUCH a great time! The few problems we did have, the property owner took care of immediately and was very accommodating. We will DEFINITELY be back and in fact are coming back this Christmas! The home is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, the perfect place for a family gathering to enjoy each other's company and make magical memories! Can't wait to come back!

Fabulous Stay
5/5 This home is beautiful with large bedrooms and large living areas. The lake was beautiful. Well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The host was very helpful. Overall a 5 star stay. We hope to stay here again.
