Singing in the rain
5/5 Despite a lot of rain, we had an enjoyable week. As a longtime visitor to Holden we had a great time. The house was pretty much as advertised.
The location was great, and well equipped. Our extended family of 14 fit comfortably. We especially appreciated the long table where we could all sit together. The pool was very nice and our grand children loved it.
Awesome pool and hot tub!
5/5 The house was spacious and well-equipped. The contact person was very responsive to our requests. The pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach were awesome! The only negative was the amount of the owner’s personal items and decorations. Less is more when guests are coming with their own stuff.

Beach Week!
5/5 Our family of 13, including 5 grandchildren, appreciated the 6 bedrooms and 6+ bathrooms. The outdoor area was fantastic! Beautiful big pool, hot tub, lots of lounging furniture and a shower and bath. The private beach access was just a short walk. The house was well-equipped and the contact person was very responsive to any concerns. The only negatives were the ornate furniture and the amount of “decorative” items in all the rooms which took away from the space needed for the stuff we brought. But I definitely recommend Seaduction!
Fun Week in Holden Beach
4/5 Had a very fun week! The proximity to the beach and ocean week great and since the pool was a nice size we spent a lot of time around it and in it!! This was my first trip to Holden Beach and would like to come back sometime
