Awesome, experience on Lake Norman
5/5 Was looking for a casual place for our annual guys trip and this place, right on Lake Norman, fit the bill perfectly. We stayed the week after the 4th of July, 2021 and had an amazing time. Pretty busy time a year on Lake Norman, but I am from the area and already have a boat in dry storage on the lake, so I wanted us to be further north on the lake to not only to avoid a lot of traffic and rough “seas”, but this place is right around the corner from a few restaurants/bars that you can pull up to and dock. Saw a lot of fishing going on in the nice quiet canal and it seemed like the luck was good there, although we didn’t partake this time. The place is exactly as advertised and the check in process with the owner was excellent. After the great experience we had my friends are already asking whether we should go ahead and book this place again. I highly recommend it!

Great Week on the Lake
5/5 Our family and I loved the house and dock! House is simple but perfect. Lots of space to between the deck and the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Kevin the owner is easy to get a hold of if you need anything. Love Lake Norman and this great house. Thanks for a great week.

Fun lake trip
5/5 We had a great time at this cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. It was nice being on a calm part of the lake and although we didn't bring a boat it was nice to have the adjacent boat ramp to walk our dog into the water. The dock has spacious open and covered areas. Owners were very responsive.

Peaceful and relaxing
5/5 My family and I, including our lovable lab, REALLY enjoyed our stay at the property! The amenities were wonderful and the neighborhood was very friendly and peaceful. Such a great location, and the access to the lake was perfect. The property owners were very accommodating and very accessible. We highly recommend!
