Great place, amazing location
5/5 My family went to Topsail for vacation and the condo was in a perfect location. Walked downstairs each day for a day at the beach. No sand in car!! The condo was the perfect size for my family of 4 and had everything we needed. My only issue was that it didn’t appaear to be cleaned well before we got there. Sand was everywhere but I let the owner know and he was super kind and apologetic and even offered for his cleaning lady to come back. We said no and just wanted him to know. I would 100% stay there again since we had a great experience with the condo and the amazing kindness and help of its owner! Recommend!

Nice and cozy and clean
4/5 Nice and relaxing. Overall nice unit. Sink in the bedroom was a little odd but no big deal. Owner informed me before arriving of issue with balcony door and would have fixed asap if needed. Said we were fine with it and could wait. Well stocked kitchen supplies and nice overall.
