Motorcycle trip, home base!
5/5 We arrived at the cottage around 5:00pm on the 18th. Honestly the house and property were even more than I expected. Everything you need to know is in the, well written welcome package. Only, you have to read it. lol!
I made that mistake but the owner Tony couldn’t have been more understanding. He is assessable beyond what I would consider normal. With immediate answers to any questions. Besides that, the beauty of the cottage, along with the exceptionally clean interior and outside areas, then add in the beauty of the lake, then everything there that is available for you to enjoy…it’s above and beyond! I could go on but I’ll stop. Don’t miss this Emerald Cove if you are planning a stay in this area. (Did I mention the huge two car garage)?…

5/5 My wife and I had a lovely week with our school-age children and my parents. We swam off the dock, paddled kayaks, and rented a pontoon from a local marina. We also enjoyed hiking at the nearby Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and rafting the Nanthahala River with guides from the Nanthahala Outdoor Center near Bryson City.

Amazing Property
5/5 This property was the perfect place for our young family. The house was very clean with everything you need for a long weekend. It truly felt like you were staying at someone’s house instead of a commercial rental. Great views and close to boat rental.
