  The home is beautiful and the location was perfect. We are all flat landers from the SC coast.. This property was centrally located for all our adventures. Also, home was well equipped for our needs. Thanks for sharing your home with my family.

• Issues

  Air conditioning was broken/not working and despite being told HVAC service would be provided they never came. We had to spend a significant amount of time troubleshooting one of the mini split units, another mini split stopped working, and the central air never really worked. Additionally, the dryer did not work at all and we were not informed of this ahead of time. We showed up and there was a note that it was broken. So, with a house full of kids we had no way to wash and dry clothes.

  - When we were notified of the A/C issues, we immediately contacted multiple HVAC companies but unfortunately couldn’t secure service as quickly as we’d hoped, which we understand was very frustrating.
  - The dryer issue arose the same day you arrived, and we acknowledge that leaving a note instead of notifying you ahead of time wasn’t the best approach. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused, especially for a group with kids.

• Wow what a view!

  The pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of bedrooms- wonderful fireplaces and big open kitchen and family room with an incredible view. The downstairs is almost like its own space where kids hung out so adults could hang upstairs. Pool table was a bonus and beds were really comfortable. Close to everything and we tubed at Saphirre Valley Ski and then used the amenity cards for 5 dollars to use indoor heated pool and hot tub. Check in and check out were easy!

  We enjoyed our stay. We had a friends reunion over a weekend. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Location was easy to find.

• Wonderful family getaway

  Everyone loved the house. Beds are very comfortable! Game cabinet was well stocked. Upstairs loft is amazing and everyone fought over the shower there! Got to see bears twice, once during the day and once at night! Definitely enjoyed!
