great views and pretty, but pricy given the things that need some love
4/5 Negatives: in summary - needs some love. Multiple Outlet sockets not workingMultiple light bulbs not working Janky holes in walls from a prior window treatment was an eye sore Sliding door handle/lock broken Funky brown stain on vanity left of toilet by entry door Positives:Responsive host - they stuck fans in the unit before we arrived because we were concerned to learn there is NO A/C Between fans and windows - the temperature was ok. Hard to cool down if you’re in a hurry - like showering and getting ready for an event. Appliances worked Real wood fireplace is charming Nice furniture Killer views Uncluttered, minimalist decor. Had children’s books. Shuttle service was outstanding. We were apprehensive but it never delayed us and the drivers were charming, almost like tour guides. In summary - gave a 4 because I feel the price of the unit justifies fixing what must be known issues - at least known to the cleaners if not to the host.
