    The property is lovely and the unit is very nice. However, it was advertised as having central AC and Heat - and it has NO Airconditioning. Not even a fan - the HVAC unit is an older unit that doesn't offer a fan and there are no ceiling fans in the unit. It was July 11-13 in sweltering heat. Not even the altitude escaped the heat. The staff offered no assistance - not even a loaner of a fan..... or even an apology. Very disappointing.
