Graduation Celebration Family Trip
4/5 The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I love the mid-century modern esthetic of the home. Overall, the home was clean. Trying to maintain the original windows and cabinetry results in a bit of a downer vibe as the sliding door tracks and insides off cabinets are "aged" and maybe a bit dirty feeling. There is a lot of space with each bedroom having its own bathroom making it comfortable for 3 couples traveling together. And all 3 of the bedroom ceiling fans and lights are the same brand, so using the remote control in one room turned on/off the lights and or fan in another room. It gave us some good laughs but was also annoying when your light turned on in the middle of the night because someone else was turning theirs off.

Exceptional
5/5 We enjoyed a week long stay. Clean and everything you may need. Perfect location to downtown, shopping and beaches. The house is nestled into a well established neighborhood. Quiet and inviting. The hot tub off the porch is the winner of the day. What a nice relaxing place to spend your time traveling. We felt like we were “home” all week. We will be back!!

Extended family weekend moving our son into college
5/5 We enjoyed the house immensely. It was a great layout and the space was perfect.
I loved the mid century modern styling and openness! My kids loved the hot tub. The central location made it so easy to get around for shopping and a little fun too!

Spacious mid century home in prime location!
5/5 This home is incredible!! The photos do not do it justice...there is so much great space in this mid century home. The living space has floor to ceiling windows that allow for natural light and connection to nature. The deck and hot tub are nestled into the shape of the home which provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy. The primary bedroom is also grand with the amount of space and beautiful windows it offers. We fell in love with this home and it's prime location is a plus. We'll definitely rent this home again when available!!
