Great stay
5/5 Would absolutely book this property again. Extremely clean and looks just like the photos! I booked for my in-laws that came to visit and it was the perfect space for all of us. Great location, close to the beach and downtown so we always had something to do. Pet friendly was a plus so my dog could come and they even had dog water and food bowl in the kitchen. We were very comfortable during our stay. Michael, the host, was fast to reply to any questions I had. Book this place while you can!
Loved the house
4/5 I loved the location and the home itself. I would highly recommend and if I go back to Wilmington, I would pick this home again. We only had 1 issue at check in, the house was not prepared for us. After speaking with Vrbo and the property manager everything was resolved by next day. I was not happy that Vrbo had me to contact the property manager instead of them taking the lead, but he was courteous and extremely helpful. Property manager even checked in on us mid week and at the end to ensure we were taken care of. I appreciate his assistance.

Girls weekend
5/5 Everything was so easy and clean. I had direct communication with the owner who was helpful and flexible with our flights arriving early. Directions were clear and easy. The beds were very comfortable.
