4/5 Really liked the condo. It was clean and roomy and looked exactly like the pictures. Only concern was that it was right next to the train tracks and a fairly busy street so it was a bit loud. The host was very accommodating.

Wilmington is a very old city, and there are train tracks all over downtown, so the sounds of trains and traffic they create are not easy to escape. There are plans to reroute the train tracks outside of downtown. We hope you will come back soon."
Cute place
5/5 Cute property with nice interior decoration. Busy street out front with significant traffic noise beginning early morning. Perfect for two couples , but don’t expect to sleep late if you’re in the bedroom closest to the street. The area is in the process of gentrification so it’s a little rough around the edges. Downtown is too far to walk, but quick Uber

South Front, like many other downtown neighborhoods, is in transition and is walkable to Greenfield Lake & amphitheater and Benny's Pizza and Satellite Bar if you are looking for something close by. Uber is definitely a convenient way to get around downtown plus there is plenty of public parking in town. We hope you will visit Wilmington again soon!"
