5/5 Very close to the venue! Short little walking path from the parking lot. Access to the beach across the street. We enjoyed our stay. We did bring an air mattress to accommodate 4 adults. Convenient location!

5/5 We sayed the night after the James Taylor Concert at the Bank of NH Pavillion. It is so much fun to walk out the back door and down the wooded path right into the Pavillion.Condo was clean and comfortable.
