  We had a great time at this property! We especially loved the fire pit for late night smores after the concert at Bank of NH Pavillion - which is only about 15 mins away! Close to Wiers Beach which was also a fun place to hang out! Great property - would go back again!

  Relaxing and clean! Had a great yard for my grandson to play. Everything we needed was available, and everything worked great. We love Ellacoya, and to be that close was really nice.

  Very accommodating owner and property manager. Worked well for most of the group. If you have issues with stairs recommend you keep looking.

• Good Space and Amenities, Lacking in Some Ways

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the cabin was comfortable and location was great. We did have some unmet expectations that didn't align with the cost:- The house did not seem prepped for our arrival. No snow removal, had to shovel the steps myself (not ideal for a pregnant mama with 3 small kids in tow), it was freezing cold and smelled musty.- No paper towels, no dishwasher detergent- No washcloths or spare hand towels- Wasn't totally kid friendly (no unbreakable dishes)-Snowed heavily during our stay and there was no plowing/clearing of the driveway - wouldn't have been able to get in or out if we hadn't had all wheel drive.

• Great get away

  This house was perfect for our family get away. My boys enjoyed the outdoor space with the fall leaves, hills, rocks, and chasing chipmunks. The indoor games and movies were also a hit. Perfectly located close to hiking trails, beans and greens farm, and Weirs Beach we were able to get a taste of everything. The only issues we had was there were 6 of us and only 3 wash clothes available.
