  We enjoyed our stay but there were issues that need to be addressed.

  The remote for the fireplace did not work. It was electric from what we could see, and we didn’t get to use it. The heater kept us warm though. The remotes for the tv’s in rooms didn’t have batteries. There are two steps you have to go up to get to stairs and it is very dark there. It is only lit if the guest in the room near there has their porch light on. It was vacant the entire time we were there, so it was dark and icy (a little scary). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would book there again. It was perfect for our family of four.

• Good condo but needs some attention

  This condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay, but had to overlook some issues: The cleaning people need to do better. Floors were dirty/gritty and kitchen counters need a good scrubbing. When you are paying these high prices for cleaning services, they should do their job.

  Some maintenance is also needed with better lighting as the living room and kitchen were dark and missing light bulbs. There are only 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels (which I saw in an earlier review so still not corrected).

  Clear written instructions were needed for the dryer. It took us a while to figure out how to run it from a manufacturer's booklet. It is a heat pump - it won't run unless you clean the 2 filters and empty the water container after each load of laundry.

  Also walls are thin. At night, I could hear the guy snoring next door.
