No communication
3/5 The property was nice, somewhat in a tight area so be advised. We stayed with our family which included 2 teens and 2 toddlers, we very much looked forward to grilling and doing smores (I looked at the listing to ensure there was a grill) but there was no grill, I reached out through Vrbo and through the email provided in the check and did not get a response during or after the trip. Small detail but very disappointing. Upon check in there was clothing in one of the bedroom dressers, made me feel like the home wasn't properly cleaned before our stay, I would choose another home for our next stay.
