CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The key code for your stay is 5605. The same key opens both floors.
- The lockbox is at the side of the house where the grill is located, inside the built on shed by the side door.
- Please inform Pam of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Take all trash to the dumpster up the street, about 50 yards away
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Place all used towels in the bathtub
- Leave thermostat to 55 degrees during Fall/Winter months.
- Turn off all lights, electronics and small appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return keys to lockbox
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please observe quiet hours after 11:00 pm per Village of Ruidoso Municipal Code
- This property can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and up to 9 children. No more than 4 adults are permitted per booking per Ruidoso STR ordinance
- Please note it is unlawful to discard a lit cigarette, cigar, match, or other form of incendiary material per Village of Ruidoso
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

FIRE RESTRICTIONS:
- Please make sure to check for updates on the Fire Level as you go into town
- You can check this site for current fire restrictions: https://www.ruidoso-nm.gov/ruidoso-fire-department

- Fires and burning of any kind are not allowed in the yard or on the property
- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. The spiral staircase is the only access point to the upper deck and bunkhouse
- Please note, this property is thoroughly heated with multiple wall unit heaters
- The temperature of the house is between 55 and 60 while vacant, thus when you arrive make it a priority to adjust the three thermostats
- The downstairs wall heater has the thermostat right beside it, the bedroom units are controlled with the remote controls.
- During colder months, we turn off the water as part of the shutdown. When you arrive, look under the kitchen sink. There is a pipe with a swivel handle, move it 90 degrees to turn on and back to the original position upon leaving. That will ensure minimal water damage if a pipe bursts due to low temperature.
