  Very disappointing. A lot of false advertisement. It says private 7 acres. Where is the privacy? Houses on both sides one behind busy road right behind you houses all in front it's sitting in a neighborhood. Furniture is very dated and broke down. The couch is ok but the furniture throughout the bedrooms are awful. Outdoor furniture is dirty and torn. It's advertised as a six bedroom but it's for sale as a four bedroom. There are plenty of beds though. Teresa was very good to respond when I had a question she answered right away. Someone by the name of Anson I don't know who he is he says he's in charge of it. When I told him the place was not the best of shape and the barbecue grill was awful we couldn't even use it as broke down dirtiest. He said we were aware of that. No we were not. But he could care less. If I was I would not have planned on barbecuing. Since it is advertised there's a grill there. And there was but dirty and broke down. No way we could use it. He did say it was supposed to be removed before we got there. No AC which we knew but its so hot and the little fans they have do not cut it. Most doors and windows do not have screens so you can't keep them open. Would not recommend. If they would put new furniture in it wouldn't be so bad. Not broken down yard sale stuff. And also put some window covering in the living room so it doesn't get so hot and then the bedroom because that sun in the afternoon it just Heats that place up terrible.

• Beautiful comfortable home with amazing views.

  It's a beautiful large home with amazing views and comfortable beds. Dishes that had been put away in the cabinet did have food residue on them. Pots and pans need to be updated..it is an extremely convenient place to stay. We enjoyed it very much The management contacted us and we texted back and forth. The Master bedroom was awesome but could use more lighting.

• Ruidoso family trip

  We loved our stay in Dalhousie. Host was very friendly and in communication with us. House was clean and very well stocked. The deck and views are amazing. We had lots of sightings of wildlife while there. Mule deer, elk and ponies. House was conveniently located to town.

• Spacious Cabin in the Woods

  We really enjoyed the location of the property, the views were fantastic. We arrived Friday during a snow storm and Saturday morning we woke up to a beautiful winter wonderland. We watched the snow melt Saturday, and then Sunday morning we had elk and deer all around the cabin.

  We just had a couple minor issues with our stay. The cabin clothes dryer would not work. The water machine at Albertsons was out of order and we could not refill the cabin drinking water containers.

• Can’t get better than this!

  Beautiful home with scenery to match. Sunrise to sunset breathtaking views. Great seating outside…I could stay on that patio all day! The home was very open and roomy which was great for large families. Great location, close to the strip as well as other attractions if you want to stay away from the crowds.

  The home was completely stocked, everything we needed was there! The home is two stories with most of the rooms downstairs! If you have little ones who are not familiar with stairs it might be a good idea to bring a large gate to close off the stair entrance.

  Evolve has become my favorite management company. Their homes are always top notch with the attention and care to every detail go above and beyond!
