  • Not as advertised and unclean

    Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Just by the amount of dust on the ceiling fans I could tell this property wasn’t well maintained. One of the bedrooms had mold on the ceiling and the rooms were covered in dust, those two things were huge contributing factors to us leaving early. I reached out several times to the contacts to discuss the issues and was told they were working with evolve and to be patient… yet two weeks later nothing has been resolved so I’m being honest in my review as it’s apparent that they do not have any desire to even apologize.Also they advertise a fireplace and back porch fire pit YET you are forbidden to use it… why even advertise it then?!

    - The property is thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival. A follow-up inspection did not find the dust or mold described, though we will remain diligent in ensuring cleanliness meets the highest standards.
    - The fireplace is available for guest use, but guests are required to provide their own wood.
    - The outdoor fire pit is currently restricted due to local fire regulations, which are in place for safety reasons. We apologize if this caused any confusion during your stay.
