Condo was very well furnished and clean. The books about the area’s history and environment were helpful in deciding where to go for hiking, entertainment or food. The views were unbelievable and we never saw any neighbors so it felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. Would definitely stay there again.
Thank you for taking the time to provide a revie. We are so happy that our home met your expectations. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
Regards,
Richard & Julie
This spot is perfectly appointed. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The interior is perfect. Richard was always readily available for questions. Highly recommended.

Owners response: "Dharmendra, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
- The house was recently updated all around; baths, kitchen, flooring furniture, lighting and repainting, and more.
- The hot water issue in the master bath is because during our renovation we installed Dornbracht's very high-end plumbing fixtures. They do not operate the way a Home Depot shower would operate. As a matter of routine maintenance, the plumber had been there the week before we asked him to be sure the shower and sink fixtures were working fine and he calibrated them to the exact temperature. But this is a small house, not a hotel with unlimited hot water. There needs to be time between showers for the hot water system to catch up.
- The house has new central air conditioning, there is also a small wall unit that works fine, and we did call to let you know how to turn it on. I'm not sure but maybe the AC was not turned on properly. The control panel for the central air conditioning is directly in front of you when you come in the front door and it is very easy to operate.
- We apologize but the on-site property manager was ill and did not get to your concerns until a couple of days later. They are usually on top of anything that needs to be addressed.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays. We will continue to give our guests the 5-star experience that we are known for."
We stayed a week in this casita and would happily have stayed another week had our schedule permitted. The home is clean and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed making meals in the well-stocked kitchen and on the outdoor grill. The patio was a great place to dine al fresco; the combination of good food, a glass of wine, and a gorgeous New Mexico sunset is not to be missed! The location was perfect— tucked into the hills above Santa Fe, the area was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. Yet it was convenient to major highways that took us to areas of interest (Bandelier, Pecos, Taos), and a short 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe.When we had questions about the property, a quick email to our host would bring a prompt and helpful reply. We were incredibly comfortable at this “home away from home” and hope to stay there again.

This home is very well stocked for cooking and set up perfectly for two people (or two couples) with each of the bedrooms having a private bath. The living room is comfy, and the front patio has stellar sunset views. This is the best VRBO (or other) that we’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely return!
