• Vacation in Santa Fe

  We booked this home for a 4 night stay in Santa Fe. It is close to downtown. The beds were comfortable and there are AC units in every room. The yard was mostly secure for our bigger dog, but we stayed out there with her just to be sure since the side yard is only blocked off with hardware wire. We did have an issue with a mouse in the kitchen and we found rodent feces on several of the pans. The owner was notified and stated that she is working on getting a new cover for the crawl space. She offered to set a trap, but we were worried about our dog so we just made sure our food was put away. I think this home has potential to be a good air bnb following pest control and updates to the condiments/spices/food items provided in the home as they were all expired. The host was very responsive, but it could be better with some additional attention.

  From the owner: "Hi Katie, A pest control company was hired on June 30th, but due to what several providers have described as a particularly bad year for mice, the scheduling has taken longer than anticipated. The initial wait time for an assessment was 1–2 weeks, and the full treatment is expected to be completed by July 21st.
  As for kitchen supplies, we only stock essentials: salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. Guests occasionally leave additional items behind, which may not always be caught during turnover. However, we do perform a thorough clean-out of all perishables on a quarterly basis."

  Planned a Girls Weekend in Santa Fe, and after searching multiple properties, decided on this property. While it's not walking distance to any activities, it's a short car drive to the main street downtown. The property was comfortable and quiet, which made for a relaxing weekend.

• Great stay

  The stay was wonderful, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was very helpful, communicative and accommodating. The backyard was perfect for star gazing and relaxing. It was secured and fully fenced for our pups. It was a much closer drive to plaza and all the nice areas to walk around and shop. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return to Santa Fe.

  The property was exactly as described. We had such a wonderful time and the property manager was really accessible and in tune to needs and desires. Would absolutely stay here again!

  Everything was great! The house was clean and well stocked and The beds were very comfortable. The house was nicely decorated with local art pieces and the covered porch was nice for enjoying the evening rainstorms. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!
