  We needed a place to stay in Reno as we were waiting for our house to be finished. We like to stay in unique places, and this fit the bill. The location is wonderful within walking distance to downtown restaurants and by the river. The place was as indicated in the listing.

• Hidden gem in Midtown.

  I have been traveling to Reno and renting short -term rentals for the last 10 years. This is by far one of my favorite properties I've stayed at.The interior layout's a touch quirky, but the house is fabulous! The location is honestly hard to beat and the river directly across the street is not something you find often with vacation rentals. Val is an absolutely exquisite host and you can really tell she cares deeply for her property. Feeling very envious of the amazing gardens! Thanks again for the great stay!

• Fabulous! Relaxing! Comfortable!

  My friend and I came to spend a few days working for the Harris Walz Campaign. We chose this house for the lovely location across from the river, and proximity to downtown. We couldn’t have made a better choice! The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The hostess even left us some fruits and vegetables And teas. Every night we took a walk along the river, we went to a lovely little restaurant, walking distance, Beaujolais Bistro. Our host gave us tips for the local Organic restaurant, and we loved Great full Gardens as well.

  All Of the comforts of home, were here. Well appointed and tasteful furnishings, soft sheets and pillows, comfy beds!! Nothing missing :-)

  We will return!

• Beautiful historic home along the Truckee River

  Val was a great host! The home is beautiful in the historic district of Reno, right across the street from the Truckee River. There's lots of walkability score here, with the cultural center, saturday market, and Hub Coffee Roasters next door. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!
