My happy place
5/5 We have been coming to Holmes County for over 20 years and Holmes With A View has been our go to lodging for much of this time. The property is clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We were close to Berlin without the traffic. Charm is literally a stones throw away. Walnut Creek, Sugar Creek and Baltic all are very close. This particular property is very roomy for 2 couples. The host provides you with bread and jam, coffee, juice and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. This place slows my world down and I can relax. GPS is handy for the country roads but if you get turned around we’ve learned we will just get to see something new. Check in and check out is a breeze. We love this place. Highly recommend Holmes with a View just leave room for us and our annual reservation.

Peaceful place
5/5 Very nice, clean, & comfortable accommodations with a very pleasant view. Close to shopping in Charm and Berlin. Parking is a little tight for a truck on the bottom units but not impossible. We appreciated the extra treats they have for you. Will be back.

5/5 We LOVED our stay. Peaceful and the views were breathtaking. The house was beautiful. The host had a bountiful of yummy treats for us.
