5/5 10 out of 10 everything you needed was available and more everything you would need to cook, clean. we were rained out a couple of days but there were so many board games poker table and fun things for the kids to do it really made up for that and poor planning on my part. It was so clean i was afraid because it was pet friendly that it might smell or my allergies would flare but i could not tell any kind of pet had ever stayed there. Also the air conditioning was excellent i can not say one bad thing about our stay really deserved more than 10 stars would definitely stay again or recommend other for a stay the best part for me though was the cleanliness

Family trip
5/5 We had our entire family in for 3 nights. House met expectations. Plenty of room for all. Lots to do for kids at the house. Nice fire pit & several grills well utilized

4/5 Some of the towels seemed to smell a little musty. ? Mold in the washer. Stairs were difficult for our group of 65 plus women. I assumed that one bath room would be on the second floor. Up and down stairs multiple times for showers commode, and tooth brushing was a challenge. The small bathrooms commode made gurgling noises snd didn’t flush efficiently. No place to hang wet towels in the small bathroom. Great common room. Cute decor. Lovely outdoor space. Nice appliances we enjoyed the space and except the very frequent trains during the night kept some awake.
